Walter Higgins

Walter F. Higgins is a retired marketing and corporate communications professional who as an entrepreneur owned his own advertising firm. He currently teaches courses at Brooklyn College’s Lifelong Learning Institute courses on the Constitution, American Politics and the U.S. Government. He began his professional career as a news writer at CBS News for Mike Wallace and Walter Cronkite. Mr. Higgins, as a parishioner, is affiliated with the Oratory Church of St. Boniface where he serves as a member of the Social Justice Committee and as a member of NRCAT, the National Religious Council Against Torture [Solitary Confinement].
